  8.  PURPOSE:
  9.      The intent of this program is to allow easy access to information
  10.      on each state in the United States. The original program was to
  11.      have a form letter to request information from any state. The use
  12.      of 1-800 phone numbers however has made the form letter some what
  13.      stone-aged. I have used each phone number in this program for the
  14.      purpose of verifying the data within the program. I found this to
  15.      be a simple means to obtain travel information. I would encourage
  16.      the use of these numbers for vacation, travel and business trips.

  18.  USAGE:
  19.      Tour_usa is menu driven and easy to use. To make selections use the
  20.      cursor keys to move the hi-lite, then press enter. When you select
  21.      print text, one page of information on the current state will be
  22.      printed. When you select mileage, the mileage between major cities
  23.      will be displayed on your screen. If you select cost, you will be
  24.      asked to input your estimate for average cost of fuel per gallon
  25.      and your average miles per gallon. You may press enter, if you wish
  26.      to select the default of $1.20 per gallon, and 18 miles per gallon.
  27.      You may also select time, this will ask for your estimated miles
  28.      per hour. You can press enter to select the default of 55 m.p.h.
